During my stay at Der Marienhof Hotel Garni, I was incredibly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed, from directions to local attractions to the bus schedule for getting to the city center. She even informed me about a parking spot that was available for my use. It was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable and eager to assist.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the weak and sometimes nonexistent wifi, as well as some noise from other guests, the overall experience at Der Marienhof Hotel Garni was excellent. The helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, and convenient public transit options make this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel lobby. the hot chocolate and the traditional Christmas cookies offered by the staff were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was walking distance from the Christmas market and the Old Town, and the famous landmarks of the city were just a short bus ride away. the room was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

One of the curtains in the room was torn, and there was a draft coming through the window.
